I was a member of EF's 20th London-based cohort. Entrepreneur First has an admission rate of <1% and was co-founded by Matt Clifford, Chair of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) and Advisor on AI Opportunities to the Prime Minister.

I currently sit on the school's board of governors, shaping policy for and providing strategic oversight to an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" institution.

Founding Product Manager, Sward

August 2021 → September 2022

I designed and co-led the delivery of the company's core product, enabling farmers to project farm-wide income from the sale of carbon offsets. I managed a team of two and was the company's first employee.

Founding Software Engineer, Mana

December 2020 → April 2021

I co-led the development and delivery of the company's MVP. We built a platform that facilitated the delivery of one-to-one online learning experiences.

Further, I held a central position in the hiring, on-boarding and management of four additional team members and provided continued design and product development support to the CEO and CPO.

Product Manager (post-acquisition), Earnd UK/FreeUp

January 2020 → July 2020

As a company, we grew from a team of 6 to >70. As a member of the original founding team, I made major contributions vis-à-vis strategy, talent and ops.

We eventually partnered with, and launched into, >10 NHS trusts.

Founding Software Engineer (pre-acquisition), Earnd UK/FreeUp

October 2018 → January 2020

We provided low-income workers with an alternative to high-cost credit through an "earned-wage access" product, giving employees of partner organisations the ability to withdraw a portion of their already-earned income ahead of payday.

As FreeUp's second employee, I was part of a three-person engineering team and helped define the product's technical architecture. I also designed the core consumer-facing product alongside the company's Chief Executive.

FreeUp was acquired by Greensill in October 2019. It existed under the global Earnd brand until Earnd was acquired by Wagestream in 2021.

Junior Software Engineer, coANDco UK

May 2015 → October 2015

I worked closely with a small team of senior software engineers to build web-based software for a range of European clients.

Our small team also won the World Port Hackathon in Rotterdam, NL.
